Main competition with new name and profile
New Directors Award: Our main focus will be to search for the new talents of tomorrow; debutants and new filmmakers we believe have the potential to make the difference and be an important contributor to the development of the international film scene the next 10-20 years.
Everyone with no more than three finished feature length films can be a part of the competition.
The award consists of a scholarship for the director, and a distribution support for the potential Norwegian distributor to secure a theatrical release in Norway for the winning film.
