Something Like Happiness is a warm and moving film about friendship, family, yearning and human dignity. The story revolves around a group of people who all have connections to a rather worn-down high-rise building in a Czech industrial town. Despite its serious issues, this is an accessible and entertaining film that will give you faith in human beings and will move and amuse you. Something Like Happiness was an award winning part of Kosmorama 2006.
